A catfish invents a whole identity — often using someone else's photos — for a person who does not exist as shown. A wokefish is a real person, genuinely who they appear to be, faking only their values in order to attract you.

What each one means
Wokefishing
Wokefishing is when someone falsely presents themselves as more socially or politically progressive than they really are in order to attract a partner — then reveals their true, less-progressive views once a connection has formed.
Catfishing is creating a fake online persona to deceive someone — most often into a relationship, but also for money, harassment, or simple experiment. The person you're talking to doesn't exist as described, and the photographs usually belong to a real stranger who never consented.
